Phaeton is the original greek name for Jupiter. Sailor Phaeton cant exist because Sailor Jupiter is still alive. Same goes for Phaetons brothers Stilbon(Mercury), Phosphorus/Lucifer(Venus), Pyroeis(Mars) and Phainon(Saturn). Hades(Pluto), Poseidon(Neptune) also can't exist with a different name, even though, those name are their originals.
The first 5 brothers are personification of the planets, not just random gods like Aphrodite and Venus.
Sailor Sun actually also cant exist, cause Helios is the unofficial Sailor Sun. Ssilor Earth is Mamoru unofficially.
But Cere Cere you can draw, since she is like Pluto, Makemake, Eris and Haumea official a dwarf planet Celes.
